Abraham Phelan has more than 40 years of experience in cooking Middle Eastern and Mediterranean food and he has had several restaurants in Greece and Ireland. Abraham was running the Silk Road Café from 2001-2026. Abraham also have a Middle Eastern Cookery School in Kimmage, from where he does outside catering.
